And on the 10th day, #wirehousdaily brought forth a work in progress for classical guitar and a short play!

*Not originally intended to be paired, but happy accidents do occur from time to time

Lights up CS on WHITNEY, sitting in a chair, still. Throughout the piece the lights move from a slow, subtle pulsing and increase in speed until reaching strobe light speed. Instrumental music accompanies- something that mimics the increase in speed and intensity as the piece builds.

Note: should have at least 4 ensemble members, can use more.

Ensemble member crosses from SR to Whitney, they give each other a high-five, ensemble member continues across stage.

Ensemble member crosses from SL to Whitney, shakes her hand, continues across the stage.

Ensemble member crosses from SR to Whitney, hands a piece of paper and pen to her. WHITNEY signs the paper, Ensemble member tears it up and tosses it in the air above Whitney, scattering paper. Ensemble member continues across stage.

Ensemble member crosses from SL to Whitney with a tightly filled balloon. They hold it over her head and pop it, letting the vinyl drop to her lap and continue across stage.

Ensemble member crosses from SR flipping Whitney the bird, does not stop until they reach the other side of the stage.

Ensemble member crosses from SL to Whitney, slaps her across the face, continues across stage.

Ensemble member crosses from SR to Whitney with a pie, smashes it in her face and continues across the stage.

Ensemble member crosses from SL with a super soaker to Whitney, stops and sprays her (focusing on removing previous pie), and then continues across the stage.

Ensemble member crosses from SR to Whitney and stops next to her. They lean down and yell a long monotonous cry in one long breath. They continue across the stage.

All ensemble members come out in the strobe light with their task (or their last task), and moving around the stage at different intervals continue to do their tasks, and are all encouraged to yell catch words from office life (examples: DEADLINES, BUDGETS, ASAP, BANDWIDTH, C-SUITE, MARKETING) until sound and light blackout.

In the blackout:
